What a boutiques & fashion brands website must have
- Seasonal lookbook with shoppable pieces
- Product pages with fabric, care, model height and fit notes
- India-accurate size guide and custom-measurement flow
- Made-to-measure / bespoke enquiry with delivery timeline
- UPI, cards and COD checkout with clear return terms
- Instagram feed integration and Product schema
How we build it
Instagram-to-site funnel
Link-in-bio destination that mirrors your latest drop, so reel traffic hits a buyable page rather than a home page.
Fit confidence
Model measurements, garment measurements and a size chart built for Indian sizing — the single biggest driver of returns and hesitation.
Bespoke enquiry flow
For made-to-measure labels, a structured enquiry capturing occasion, date, budget and measurements instead of an open contact form.
Drop-ready merchandising
A CMS your team updates for each collection launch without waiting on a developer.

Boutiques & Fashion Brands: results we have produced
Real engagements with designer boutiques, ethnic wear labels, fashion D2C brands and multi-designer stores. Client names are withheld where the work is under NDA; every number below is measured from the client’s own analytics, Search Console and booking data over the stated period.
Ethnic wear label moved Instagram DM orders onto a real checkout
Occasion and ethnic wear label (name withheld — NDA)
The problem: Around 90 DMs a day, two people answering them, and orders lost whenever replies slipped past a few hours. Sizing questions dominated the conversations and returns ran high because only S/M/L was published.
What we built
- Built collection and product pages with fabric, care, model height and worn-size on every listing
- Published garment measurements in inches alongside Indian sizing, plus a custom-measurement flow
- Added UPI, cards and COD checkout with alteration and return terms stated on the product page
- Made the link-in-bio destination mirror the current drop, and added Product schema

Designer boutique built a bespoke enquiry flow for bridal appointments
Multi-designer bridal boutique (name withheld — NDA)
The problem: A generic contact form produced enquiries with no event date, no budget and no city, so the studio spent most of its consultation slots on people who were months away from buying or well outside the price range.
What we built
- Replaced the contact form with a structured bespoke enquiry: occasion, event date, city, budget band and measurements
- Built a lookbook per season with shoppable pieces and a made-to-measure timeline stated upfront
- Added appointment scheduling with an optional advance to lock the trial slot
- Published Product and Service schema so pieces surface in Google Shopping and image results
