Question 1

Does ChatGPT use Google rankings?

Accepted Answer

ChatGPT search uses its own web index and partner search results, so good Google SEO helps — but it also weighs clear answers, brand mentions across the web and structured information. Ranking on Google alone does not guarantee ChatGPT mentions.

Question 2

Can you guarantee my business will appear in ChatGPT answers?

Accepted Answer

No honest agency can guarantee placement in ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity answers, because the AI models decide what to cite. What we can do is make your website easy for AI systems to read, understand and trust — clear answers, structured data, consistent business details and mentions on sites AI tools already cite — which raises the chance you are recommended.

Question 3

How is AEO and GEO different from normal SEO?

Accepted Answer

SEO helps you rank in Google's blue links. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) shapes your content so it is picked as the direct answer in Google snippets, voice search and AI Overviews. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) focuses on being cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. All three share the same foundation: a fast, well-structured website with clear, trustworthy answers.

Question 4

How long does it take to show up in AI search?

Accepted Answer

Technical fixes like schema, llms.txt and crawler access can be live in 1–2 weeks. AI assistants that browse the web (Perplexity, ChatGPT search, Google AI Overviews) can start citing improved pages within weeks; models that rely on training data take longer. Most businesses should plan for a 3–6 month programme.

Question 5

What does the free AI visibility check include?

Accepted Answer

We test how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answer the questions your customers ask, note whether your business is mentioned, and review your website's schema, crawler access and answer-ready content. You get a short list of fixes — no obligation.
